Wendy Chapman spent two decades developing and evaluating AI / natural language processing algorithms and has led many multidisciplinary programs of work focused on research, education, and application of digital health. Her current passion is how to best design, implement, and validate digital innovations like AI and virtual care in healthcare settings. She is Associate Dean of Health Informatics and Chief Learning Health Officer at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
