2nd Annual Digital Health Symposium

We are excited to announce that the 2nd Digital Health Symposium will be held on February 20, 2026 in the HPNP Auditorium. This year we are co-hosting with the UF+FSU CTSA & FSU College of Nursing and the theme is "Accelerating Real-World Application in Informatics, AI, and Innovations." This year we are expanding the program with 2 keynote presentations, mentoring, poster presentations, panel sessions and more!

In addition to our two keynote speakers, we have a panel discussion including these panelists:

- Dr. Lisa Hightow-Weidman, MD, MPH - Founding Director, Institute on Digital Health and Innovation, FSU College of Nursing

- Dr. Zhe He, PhD, FIAHSI, FAMIA - School of Information and Director of the Institute for Successful Longevity at Florida State University

- Dr. Takis Benos , PhD - Causal AI - UF Deptartment of Epidemiology

- Dr. T.J. Sego, PhD - Laboratory for Systems Medicine - UF Department of Medicine

Our goal is to provide a platform for researchers across campus and from different universities to share their research and foster new collaborations and provide opportunities for trainees to present their work, get feedback, and receive mentoring.

Call for Abstracts

If you are interested in showcasing your research findings, work-in-progress, or laboratory (e.g., research infrastructure, digital devices, AI models), please submit a 250-word abstract via link below. The deadline is Jan 21st. Abstracts will be reviewed, and we will notify you about the decision by the end of January.
